Kara was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. She has been practicing as a Chiropodist for 9 years in Sudbury.

She completed her post secondary education at University Of Toronto, Laurentian University and The Michener Institute.

She loves the Northern Ontario lifestyle. She is very active in many activities; such as hockey, baseball, soccer and triathlons.

Kara has worked in retirement homes, physical rehabilitation hospitals and long term care facilities in the years prior to becoming a Chiropodist.

Kara is very happy to open her own foot care and orthotics clinic.
